Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase! Here are the key shipping details to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

1. Delivery Area & Timing
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, with delivery taking 8–18 business days depending on destination. Delays may occur due to customs processing or weather conditions. Please note that certain specially marked items may not be eligible for shipping to all listed destinations.

2. Order & Tracking
An order confirmation will be sent once payment is received. A tracking number and link will be provided when your order ships.
Track Your Order: Click "Track Your Order" in the confirmation email, or log into your Shopify account and visit "My Orders".

3. Address Changes & Cancellations
Address Changes: Only accepted before the order has shipped. Changes cannot be made once the order is on its way.
Order Cancellation: Cancellations before shipment are handled according to our return policy. If canceled after shipment, the buyer will be responsible for both outgoing and return shipping fees.

4. Issue Resolution
For delivery delays, damaged packages, or other issues, please contact us within 7 days of discovery. We can help arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive it, you may pay a new shipping fee to have it resent or receive a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
